India U19 vs South Africa U19 Live Score: Pacer Rajvardhan Hangargekar removed Ethan John Cunningham in the first over of the innings to give India U19 a dream start. Batting first, the India Under 19 side lost a flurry of wicket towards the end of their innings to post a total of 232 runs in 46.5 overs. Captain Yash Dhull batted calmly and top scored before being run-out for 82 runs in Match 4 at the Providence Stadium in Guyana on Saturday. India U19 openers Angkrish Raghuvanshi and Harnoor Singh were dismissed early as South Africa U19 started on a positive note. Dhull and Shaik Rasheed added more than 50 runs for the third wicket before the latter departed. After an enterprising knock, Nishant Sindhu also departed for 27 runs to give South Africa U19 their fourth wicket.

Earlier, South Africa U19 have won the toss and opted to field against India U19 after the toss was delayed earlier due to rain in Guyana. Led by captain Yash Dhull, who is already pitted as the one for the future mainly due to his performance in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy, India U19 team, like every other edition, are one of the favourites to lift the U19 World Cup 2022. India have won the title a record four times and were the runner-ups last time around. Experts believe this year too they have the team to repeat their success.
